Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

Online Shop Orders
All handcrafted orders are made-to-order. It may take three to five days for your order to be created before your shipment is mailed out. During the month of December, it may take up to seven days.

Holiday Shipping
During December, it may take us up to ten days to handcraft and ship out your order. Recommended send-by dates for expected delivery will be posted prior to the holidays. If shipping elsewhere in the world, please visit USPS for more information regarding ship-by dates.

Select your shipping preference at checkout. Buyers will receive a shipping notification and tracking number when the order is ready to ship. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost, as well as the return shipping cost if an exchange is made. The Pretty 1, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages or for delays due to COVID-19.

Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges for pieces purchased online can be made for shop credit only. Exchanged items must be new and unworn. Exchanges must be authorized by The Pretty 1, LLC within ten days of receiving merchandise. Please be aware exchanges are permitted for pieces purchased through www.thepretty1.com only, and likewise exchanges will not be honored for pieces purchased from retailers. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. In the event merchandise arrives damaged, please contact The Pretty 1 immediately. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact The Pretty 1 directly. 

Cancellation Policy
Retail orders from 
www.thepretty1.com can be cancelled as long as the merchandise has not been shipped yet.
